We own and operate tented camps and started using RecruitAGuide in September 2019. Technology is now one of the most important factors in the tourism industry and we have to adopt to this and this was the reason for us making use of the platform.

I have more than 20 years’ experience in the industry and trained and employed close to 400 guides in this time and I always found it difficult recruiting guides and the factors influencing it was mostly that potential employees were employed, long leave rosters, long distances to travel and so you had to rely on their CV and references if they provided any.

With this platform you can actually view the candidate, see his or her profile, a short video and detailed information on them. This is now my first choice for recruitment and I can only recommend others sign on. This will be the ideal platform for training academies to get their students introduced to the market.
